This Privacy Policy explains how Savion ("we", "us"), operated by Dean Kuchel, collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use joinsavion.com and the Savion services.
By using the services you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, business or field, profile photo, and information you share in the application form and the members area.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Technical & usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
To operate the community, manage membership, provide access to the members area and groups, communicate with you and send updates and reminders, process payments, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your information. We use service providers that process data on our behalf only: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage and authentication), MailerSend and MailerLite (email), and analytics/advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and tracking technologies (including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to operate the site, measure performance, and tailor advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. The services are intended for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
