Terms of Service

1. General & acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Savion community ("Savion", "we", "us"), operated by Dean Kuchel, including the website joinsavion.com, the members area, the WhatsApp groups, the gatherings, and the calls.

By registering for, joining, or using any Savion service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Nature of the community — information sharing only

Savion is a private community for sharing knowledge, experience, ideas, and personal opinions among its members. All content, conversations, recommendations, and opportunities shared in the community — whether from Dean Kuchel, guests, or other members — are personal information and experience only.

Nothing shared in the community is, or should be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, investment solicitation, tax advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any other professional advice.

Dean Kuchel, the community, and its members are not licensed or registered advisors of any kind, and do not act as investment advisers, accountants, tax preparers, or attorneys within the community.

3. No professional advice & your responsibility

Any decision you make — including regarding investments, taxes, residency or relocation, business, or any other area — is your sole responsibility. You should conduct your own independent due diligence and consult licensed, qualified professionals before acting on any information you encounter in the community.

Savion makes no guarantee of any result. Other members' past results are not a promise or indicator of future results, and outcomes vary from person to person based on individual circumstances.

4. Membership, payments & cancellation

Membership is by invitation and subject to approval. Membership dues are $1,800 per year (or as updated from time to time), billed through our payment processor, Stripe.

Membership renews annually unless canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time from the members area; access remains through the end of the paid term, after which the account closes. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. Confidentiality & discretion

The community is built on trust. Personal, business, or financial information a member shares is intended for community members only. You may not distribute, screenshot, record, share, or publish outside the community any content, names, or details of other members without their explicit consent.

Breaching confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community without refund, and may expose the breaching party to legal liability.

6. Code of conduct

The community is not a platform for marketing, sales, lead generation, or self-promotion, unless expressly approved. We expect respectful, honest, and substantive participation.

We may remove content and members who violate these Terms, harm other members, or act against the spirit of the community.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the site content, design, name, and trademarks of Savion are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or make commercial use of the content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability & indemnification

The services are provided on an As-Is and As-Available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savion and Dean Kuchel shall not be liable for any damages — direct or indirect — arising from reliance on community information or use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Savion harmless from any damages, costs, or claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
